| Match report | we have an outside chance of the leugue but need some other results to go our way and wanted to ensure we brought up our goal difference to somewhere near Easingwolds with a big goal tally today. Alas it wasnt going to be that way, and to be honest we were lucky to come away with any points never mind all of them. Wiggie wanted to win this one we were confidnet it could be a stroll as the last time we met we won 6-0 but we are not in the same form at the moment as we once was. If we are going to beat Easingwold next week we need to play in a different leugue to this performance. It is within our ability to do so. we ground out the win again like the week before in the second half of the game. some good goals this week again, Daivd, a wonder goal from Mitch, a goal from Will and a nice little megsy from Oli C. Seoncd half was much better but it does worry me that either Wiggie have massivley improved or we are not functioning as a team right now an i think it might be the latter pressure is on the lads i suppose and we are not used to competeing for top spot at the end of the season. Wiggie will feel they were at least robbed of a point it was hot they only had 11 men but they were fast and played to the last min of the game. Oli Bates had a great time today and in left midfield won everything to earn Moan of the match, nice one Oli we have a bit of an injury nighmare looming at the moment, Luke, Ben, Stan, Oli C, Seth, to name but a few so i hope they all heal up this week |
