Match report	Every single player did their job today and this match rivalled the last one against Pickering for all-round competence: Tom Russell confirmed himself as the coolest keeper in town; Emlyn, Pav, James and Liam were rock solid at the back; Josh Quarmby, Josh Moran, Gianni and Joe were both creative and steely in midfield; Alex and Beddo were relentlessly threatening up-front; Carlos provided a cameo performance near the end to remind us of what we have in reserve for the last two games of the season when everyone is fit. Alex notched a cracking goal from outside the box, Josh Moran grabbed two, as did Joe and finish of the day came from Gianni when he side-footed home Beddo's inch-perfect pass. Five of the goals came from midfield, testimony to the effectiveness of today's engine-room. Indeed, Josh Quarmby deserves particular note for an outstanding contribution to both defence and attack. So, we have just two games left, both against Tadcaster. If we play like we did today, with everyone doing the simple things well, we have every chance of success. Let's just hope the FA don't come sniffing around trying to poach Gabbers for the England job!
