Match report	Lord Deramores has seen some great games between Fulford and Poppleton down the years and this game certainly lived up to this reputation. The game was eagerly contested by both teams, with some very strong and brave tackling from players on both sides. The first goal came when Paul found Freddie on the far post and he scored with a very composed finish. Fulford had the balance of play, but some good defence from Poppleton meant it was 1-0 at half time. In the second half Paul managed to find some space on the right and scored with a powerful low shot. Poppleton pushed forward and looked to get back in the game, but Fulford defended well, especially Davis who is becoming a better defender week by week and Harle did great deputising in goal as Joe was away. A Poppleton striker pounced on a loose ball to make it 2-1 with 2 minutes left, but Fulford hung on for a win that was much deserved thanks to a great all round team performance. Many thanks to Phil and all at Poppleton for a great morning's football.
