Match report	Fulford crashed out of the Mitchell cup at the 1st hurdle as they went down 1:0 to second division outfit York Cubs on the Knavesmire. Fulford started well and dominated the possesion with the midfield of Matty Fairburn, Luke Adamson, Rob Cowley & Jonny Ward having a lot of possesion. The early chances created down the right with good link play from Joey Burrows & Jonny Ward set up Elliot Osborn who found himself in some great positions with runs in to the right channel but both times saw his shots straight at the keeper, saved. It was a defensive display from the home team and a bit of fortune that kept the half time score at 0:0. It was a much more dis-jointed performance in the second half from the visitors but still chances came and went with a free kick from Paddy Wintie saved by the Cubs keeper that brought Fulford's best effort. Cubs became a bit more adventurous as time ticked away with some good play they found some success down Fulford's left and it seemed only a matter of time before they scored. A break away goal 10 minutes from time settled it from the home side. A good competitive game leaving Fulford rueing missed chances.
