Match report	The Vikings just couldn't seem to get going in this game. The passing that had gone so well for them in the first game didn't come to light. This York Cub team played a good passing game and also kept a player high up the pitch as a target man. With the Vikings pushing up more and more for a goal this sometimes left our defence exposed. We hit the woodwork and were unlucky not to score which would have probably seem us to go on and win the game but the Cubs had other ideas and scored just before the break. Despite some good link play between Joseph and Harrison in the second half we just couldn't get the goal. Alex and Daniel worked hard in defence but the Cubs soon had another. The Vikings continued to press, hit the wood work again, but still no reward. The Cubs then sealed their victory with another well taken goal. On another day we would have won this match quite comfortably! Player of the match performance from Oliver who never gave up pressing for a goal and running back to help defend. Oh and some good passing as well!
