Match report	An exciting first game of the morning for the Vikings. The heavy pitch made passing difficult for both teams. Kayden, on his Viking début, was in goal, Reuben and Oisin in defence, Barnaby, Tilly and Grace (début as well) in midfield with Freddie up front. The Vikings controlled the first half very well. Reuben and Oisin defended well together with some fantastic tackles. Grace worked tirelessly with some great passing and Barnaby was a whizz up and down the right wing. Tilly and Freddie linked well together and Freddie was soon on the score-sheet. Freddie then added a second before finding a perfect pass to Tilly who gladly scored a third. 3-0 at half time the Vikings were cruising. Woodthorpe came out in the 2nd half with a bit of fire in their belly. Two quick goals and an unfortunate own goal by Oisin brought the scores level. Daniel with his brave tackling couldn't prevent this fight back. With the game looking like a draw an inspired Viking move down the right found Tilly to pounce and score the winning goal. 4-3 winners. Freddie was the Player of the Match with his fantastic tackling, passing and two well taken goals.
