| Match report | In what proved to be an entertaining and closely fought game, Fulford were first on the score sheet, Jack supplying Kayden who's unerring finish found the bottom corner of the Bishopthorpe goal. Bishopthorpe were quick to respond though grabbing a goal of their own to make it 1 - 1. Both teams then took it in turns to attack but neither side could press home an advantage until just on the stroke of half time when Jack pounced on a loose ball, raced through the Bishopthorpe defence and calmly slotted the ball home to ensure Fulford took the narrowest of advantages to the half time break. The second half saw a determined Bishopthorpe side camped in the Fulford half. Christopher and Annabelle in the Fulford defence brilliantly repelled attack after attack only to see the ball come back at them time and again. As the half went on it looked increasingly inevitable that Bishopthorpe would get the equaliser but a combination of some brilliant defending, no shortage of look and sheer will power somehow enabled Fulford to close out the game with their lead intact.
