| Match report | Sorry Folks i forgot to write this one up cant think why might be because we got comprehensivley turned over 9-2, the lads have lost a bit of team spirit during the winter months and we do need to focus on the team game rather than a bunch of individuals, having said that it Taddy Pock that are going to win the leugue, so they were defeats not humiliations the last 2 games. And there were some really good moments of football from us Chris Pape Played a great game in the position of centre back alongside Guy who was commanding the back line, if we can get those two reading each other they will go far as a defensive team. Ben had some great moments in the sticks and Cameron and Frankie did there bit at the back to stem the tide from taddy. Arron was captain today and had a go at them David in midfeild scored a great goal, as did Goerge up front. All the lads gave it their all My Oli and Oli B, James and Scott and Dan and Seth all played their best. We do need to try and get back the team sprit into the lads, we need to focus on playing a more mature game of football thats the main difference between us and some of the teams that have turned us over recently including Pocklington. We have showed from time to time we can play it like when we came back from been 2-0 down against pock tro win 4-2 we did that by playing positive football, taking some risks and going in the right direction with the ball in a positive assertive manner. Hopefully we have some closer contended games coming up where we can regain our confidence, and get back to winning and stay mid table |
