Match report	A very big side that played a system we strugle with ( 3-5-2) on a pitch like a ploughed field, we were always going to be up against it, and so it proved. Looking back at the game I felt even though we didn't play well and didn't deserve to win, we were always in touch untill the last 15mins when we conceded a couple of sloppy goals. In fact I think three of the four goals were our mistakes and without these mistakes the game may have been a lot closer. The first rule in football is that you have to earn the right to play, work hard to get the ball and then only when you have done this, can you play good football. This is where we went wrong today and to give Tadcaster credit they never allowed us to play and worked harder and wanted to win the ball more than we did. We were below par today apart from two players who shone when the going got tough, Ben R and Joe M really dug in and worked hard but we need to all do it against sides like this. I know we are a footballing side but we will have to learn the phyisical side of the game as well, so in the coming weeks we will try different formations and move positions, so that we have the experience to play in a different way when needed. A bad day at the office, put behind us, and we can put it right against Dunnington this Sunday.
