| Match report | Fulford clinched a 2-0 win in an entertaining 11 a side friendly at Easingwold. Both sides settled quickly and looked to be getting to grips with the 11 a side game as both were playing good passing football. Easingwold had the best early chances, but both were well saved by Harvey. Fulford's midfield were moving the ball well, with Peter particularly impressive with an all-action display in which he seemed to be everywhere! In the second half both sides were still evenly matched, but it was Fulford who broke the deadlock. Ross won the ball in midfield and played it wide to Joe C, who ran down the wing. The Easingwold defence covered his run well, so he had to pass back to Ross who had taken up an excellent position on the edge of the box. Ross' first time cross fell to Joe I, who scored from 8 yards with a left footed strike. Easingwold nearly equalised straight away, but were denied by a great reflex save with his feet by Harvey. Fulford finished the game strongly, with Joe C always looking dangerous. In the last minute Fulford scored again following some great build up play from Joe C and James, which led to a great cross from Joe C that enabled Will to tap in from close range. All in all it was a very good all round performance from Fulford, with some excellent play from Tom B and Olly at the heart of the defence to stop many of the Easingwold attacks.
