Match report   Fulford quickly took control of the game and played some great passing football to force Rawcliffe back into their defensive third. The pressure finally told after about 10 minutes when confusion between the Rawcliffe keeper and full back saw Will intercept tha ball on the edge of the box and curled his shot around the advancing keeper into the bottom corner.

The second goal came soon after. Harry won the ball in defence and cleared the ball towards Ross. He beat the defender to the ball and played it first touch to Joe C who surged forward down the left wing. Joe beat the full back and as the covering centre half came across to cover it looked as though the attack may break down, but Joe C nutmegged the centre half and crossed left footed for Will T to smash the ball into the roof of the net.

Fulford kept attacking and won a penalty after 20 minutes when Isaac raced through, but was brought down by the advancing goalkeeper. Joe C's penalty found the bottom corner.

Rawcliffe then had a couple of attacks of their own. They nearly pulled a goal back when a free-kick fell loose in the 6 yard box, but Fulford scrambled it clear. Rawcliffe did pull a goal back when a good move was finished off from close range.

Fulford scored a 4th just on half-time when Isaac beat a couple of players on the right before brilliantly chipping the keeper from 20 yards and at an acute angle.

Early in the second half Will T completed his hat-trick with another excellent goal. He ran on to a throw-in from Isaac and from a tight angle lobbed the ball over the keeper and into the far corner.

The 6th came 10 minutes later, and was Fulford's 4th top quality goal of the game. Joe C picked up the ball 35 yards out on the left and checked inside to beat a couple of defenders before hitting a right foot screamer from 25 yards into the roof of the net.

Fulford put a number of good moves together in the rest of the game, but couldn't find the finish to add to the lead, nevertheless this was an outstanding team performance, which entertained all the spectators and certainly was our best performance since the switch to 11 a side.
