Match report	On a very cold and wet day the Vikings came up against a very well drilled team in Rawcliffe. But as always with the Viking team, they showed determination and all played for each other working hard for the full game. Rawcliffe had most of the possession in the first half but everybody in the team chased and scrambled to close Rawcliffe down. Rawcliffe manage a few shots that were excellently saved by Joseph. Daniel and John defended well together. Harrison and Ciaran work very hard up and down the pitch both with the ball linking with Sam and Dillon and without the ball to help the defence. We changed keeper in the second half with Ciaran going in goal and he carried on as Joseph had with some great saves. We had more possession in the second half and managed to show our good passing, movement into space and dribbling. We were unlucky not to score through some good shots from Sam, Dillon and Harrison. We really played for our badge and each other and except for the weather it was a fantastic morning of football. For their tireless performances in midfield the man of match goes to both Ciaran and Harrison. Both played equally well battling to stop Rawcliffe scoring.
