Match report	The better team won! Despite a promising early few minutes, it gradually became clear that a well organised and strong Rufforth team was hungrier for the ball. Gutsy performances from Alfie and, in particular Simeon, were not matched by the rest of the team. Our attacking threat was snuffed out by a strong Rufforth defence and too often players were caught ball watching or were too slow to get to a ball or if they got it, ran into trouble rather than looking for an easy pass. Simeon's legendary appetite for the tackle and never-say-die attitude got him a well earned Man of the Match award.
