Match report	Like the previous game against tadcaster we strugled to get to grips with a new formation. This will get beter the more we try but not trying new things and learning from them is not an option. We want to build a team where everyone is comfortable in playing in a number of different postions and can adapt to various formations. It will be hard at first but the more we do it the easier it will be when it is required. We also have to learn how to beat sides that are much more physical than us. This was a game where we didnt get to grips with the formation but also lacked a bit of drive and determination and got exactly what we deserved Nothing!! Saying that had we cut out the mistakes we made the game might have been a bit tighter but with only three or four players playing to thier max we were always struggling. We need everyone to pull together and perform on a regular basis to be a good team. We will get there.
