Match report	So on a mole hill ridden pitch the Tigers and arrived hoping this time not to be tamed by cunning of the Fulford Foxes. On with the game and the Tigers were 1st into their stride and it wasn’t long before they created a flurry of chances punishing us on one occasion to go a goal up. That seemed to wake the Foxes up and we began to enjoy some more of the possession, with our best move in the 1st half coming when Emily was played in by Abby down the left, for Em to shoot and the goalie to parry at her near post. Soon afterwards, Poppy went up the other end and score to close out the half 2 to the good. On with the 2nd half and you could tell that the Tigers were not enjoying this encounter as they were certainly outplayed for long periods of the half. Unfortunately due to a couple of defensive mishaps (must have been the uneven surface) we let in 2 rather soft goals and it was pretty much game over. We did manage a late consolation that good play deserved with Amy chesting in a great corner from Emily. Game over and 4-1 to Poppleton. Girl of the game: Josie – Poppy never got any change from her down the right hand side, with Josie showing great strength both on and off the ball. Well done Josie!
